I have recently tried some products that I've been (mostly) loving, and I wanted to share them with you, so you can love them too!
Face
First on the list is L'Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur face primer. I have been resisting using a face primer for quite some time now, but I'm beginning to come to terms with the fact that my combination skin requires some help. I've heard some positive reviews of this product on YouTube, and decided to give it a shot. It's a bit pricey for a drug store buy ($24.99), but it's performed solidly so far. It has a gel-like consistency, and a little bit goes a long way. I don't find that it minimizes pores as it claims, but it does even out the texture of my skin so that foundation application is much smoother, and for that, I am very grateful.
Eyes
Next up is a product that I have been stalking for a quick minute now, The Balm's Schwing liquid eyeliner. The packaging, as with all of their products, is ridiculously cute.

It has a very thin felt applicator tip, which makes it pretty easy to obtain a clean line and/or wing, and it dries quite fast. I'm no makeup artist, so liquid liners tend to intimidate me, but this one is super user-friendly, and also dries matte with a really nice, pigmented finish. As far as longevity, the staying power is great. I've worn it several times from morning on through a night out, and haven't had any problems with smudging. At $17.00, it is definitely a bit of a splurge, but it's well worth it.

Lips
Oh Rimmel, how I love thee. One of my favorite drugstore brands, Rimmel has produced another impressive lip product with their Show Off Lip Lacquer (AKA Apocalips). People are raving about this all over the place, and I'm about to do the same. These are quite opaque, and go on extremely smoothly, with a highly glossy finish. They aren't sticky at all, which is wonderful. They do stain your lips, although I don't really find that to be a problem. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but they have a distinct candy like scent, if you're sensitive to that.
They are a bit difficult to track down in-store (at least, they are in my area), so you may have better success ordering them online. I picked up the two shades I could find, Nova and Apocaliptic, and I love them both. The color payoff is incredible, however the gloss does fade after eating/drinking. Overall, a fantastic product with an even better price tag ($4.99).

Nails
I saw a review recently of Wet n Wild nail polish, and not having tried a product of theirs in several years, I thought I'd give Megalast a shot. I'm so happy I did! The color selection is a bit limited, and they definitely require a top coat, but I'm extremely happy with the end result. The brush makes application a breeze (and considering I usually get more polish on my fingers than on my nails, this is important for me), and the price point couldn't be better ($1.99).

That's all for now. I'll be reviewing some dry shampoos, as well as makeup, very soon.
Thanks for stopping by!
